Agni Bay is regarded as one of the prettiest bays on the North East Corfu coast, with its beautiful beach, excellent tavernas and untouched surrounds. There are only a handful of rental properties in Agni Bay and we are delighted to offer Villa Nikolas, with its superb views and added luxury of being able to walk from the villa down to Agni Bay.
Villa Nikolas has 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms and can easily accommodate a large party. Another notable feature is that the villa has no nearby neighbours and is not overlooked. Those choosing to holiday at Villa Nikolas are assured of complete privacy.
Layout
Villa Nikolas is an impressive villa, set on three levels with the pool below.
From the private parking, steps go up to the pool area with a large surrounding patio terrace.
Overlooking the pool is the 1st floor which is arranged as 2 self-contained apartments: A one-bedroomed apartment with kitchen/lounge and bathroom. The other apartment has two bedrooms along with a kitchen/lounge and bathroom.
External steps take you up to the main part of the house. The front door opens into a large kitchen, dining and lounge area. On this level there is also a wc/utility room and door to the front, full length, sea facing balcony.
Internal stairs take you up to the top level where there are 3 further bedrooms with three bathrooms.
Living Area
The comfortable living area is fully air conditioned. Patio doors open on to a large part shaded balcony with sublime views over Agni Bay.
To one side of the living area is an inside dining area, although with so many outside dining areas and opportunities it is likely that the inside one will remain unused.
Kitchen
The main kitchen is fully equipped with full oven, microwave and dishwasher. A WC/shower and laundry room is next to the kitchen.
Opposite the kitchen is a small seating area and doors out to the main balcony with breakfast area.
Bedrooms
On the top floor, a master bedroom suite has a large double bed, en suite bathroom and French doors leading to a balcony with views over Agni Bay.
Also on the top floor are two further bedrooms with twin beds, private balconies (sea facing) and 2 bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a balcony with views over Agni Bay.
One Bedroom Apartment
The self contained apartment has one twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area.
The air conditioned bedroom with twin beds and French doors on to the balcony overlooking the pool.
Two Bedroomed Apartment
Both bedrooms are air conditioned with twin beds and have French doors on to the balcony overlooking the pool.
Middle floor with lounge, kitchen and sea facing balcony.
Lower floor with 2 self contained apartments.

Agni Bay
Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.

Internet is widely available on Corfu. Most tavernas, bars and even supermarkets offer free wi-fi in return for a drink or small purchase. You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.

Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for
both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also
ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!
Krouzeri Beach
Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.
Kaminaki
Kaminaki, located on Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status.
Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles and sand.
Saint Stephanos
Saint Stephanos: The island of Corfu has its secrets and Saint Stephanos, set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, is certainly one of them. An extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi, that has managed to retain its traditional look and laidback feel . There is a small local Greek community that welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The excellent setting, waterfront Tavernas and bars, along with a scattering of mini-markets, shops and boat hire create a delightful Greek island holiday destination.
