From the shaded parking area, steps lead up to the front door which opens into the very comfortable and homely open plan living/dining room. A room divider separates this area from the kitchen and a door leads from here to a ground floor bedroom with shower room. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin both with sea view balconies, together with the main bathroom.
The comfortable living room is bright and airy and has large patio doors leading to the pool terrace and the sea views beyond. TV and DVD player are also included.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door leads to the garden and BBQ area.
The stylish dining table is situated close to the kitchen and French doors lead to a covered terrace where there is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms.
The Master bedroom is upstairs with double bed and large French windows leading to its own sea view balcony.
The upstairs twin is a large bedroom with French doors to a sea view balcony.
On the ground floor a twin room has its own shower room and French doors leading to the side of the house and from there to the poolside terrace.
The main bathroom is located upstairs and has bath with shower over.
The ground floor twin bedroom has its own shower room.

The pool is totally secluded and not overlooked by any other villas. The children's pool is nearest to the house.
