A very stylish villa sleeping up to six, Carolina enjoys a quiet location that overlooks breathtaking views of the nearby resort of up-market Saint Stephanos, and on across the sea to the mountains of Albania. The accommodation is distributed over two floors, and particular attention has been given to making this a villa suitable for family parties of mixed ages. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, with one bedroom on the ground floor.
There is a delightful private swimming pool surrounded by ample paved space for sunbathing, all with uninterrupted views over the sea. The villa has several pleasant outdoor areas for relaxing quietly, the shady terrace by the front door has a table and chairs, while the two upstairs bedroom open on to a wonderful wrap-around covered terrace with even more heavenly sea views.
Access to the villa could not be easier, with parking right beside the front entrance.
Layout
This is a detached villa on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, lounge and separate dining/breakfast area, with patio doors to the swimming pool terrace, and also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Master double bedroom and a twin bedroom have en suite bathrooms and open on to a covered terrace.
There is a pleasantly shaded area beside the front entrance, with outdoor seating, overlooking the garden and serene views of Corfu's highest mountain. Ample parking space, shaded.
Living Area
A spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and has a fireplace. Balcony windows open on to the extensive pool terraces.
Kitchen
A light and airy dining area links the kitchen and the sitting room, with balcony windows opening directly on to the covered patio outside, making it very easy to serve meals outdoors or in, at any time of day, according to preference.
The uncluttered fitted kitchen is furnished with all the modern appliances and utensils needed to make your holiday as chore-free as possible!
Appliances include oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The covered patio/terrace that leads off from the lounge means that parents can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while keeping an eye on kids more concerned with getting into the pool than finishing their cornflakes!
Bedrooms
Villa Carolina has three bedrooms; one double, two twin. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are supplied with air-conditioning.
Master Bedroom
The Master double bedroom, with its en suite bathroom, offers a private secluded setting and opens on to the large covered terrace that overlooks the pool and the superb sea views.

Upper Twin Bedroom
The upper twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and also opens on to the main upper terrace.
Lower Twin Bedroom
The lower twin bedroom has en suite bathroom and has the advantage of opening directly on to the main pool terrace.
Bathrooms
All three en suite bathrooms are equipped with modern showers and large mirrors.
The pool area is undoubtedly one of the chief attractions of this lovely villa. With stunning views and six comfortably cushioned sunbeds on which to lie and contemplate those views, it will take quite an effort to go anywhere else! A built-in BBQ and patio dining furniture complete the attractions.
The pool has been designed with children in mind, and parents will be pleased to find how child-friendly it is. Rails with gates can be set up if required, preventing direct child access to the pool.

Saint Stephanos: The island of Corfu has its secrets and Saint Stephanos, set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, is certainly one of them. An extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi, that has managed to retain its traditional look and laidback feel . There is a small local Greek community that welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The excellent setting, waterfront Tavernas and bars, along with a scattering of mini-markets, shops and boat hire create a delightful Greek island holiday destination.

You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.

several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet friends.
Kerasia
Kerasia is a long sweeping beach and one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Kerasia is for those looking for complete peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read, with an excellent beach Taverna and a small shop to cater for your beach needs.
Avlaki
Avlaki Beach is a beautiful sweeping bay with a gently sloping beach and fabulously clear turquoise waters . No wonder Avlaki is a favourite for the locals! The beach is fringed by just a few villas, two tavernas serving local food, and a small sailing school offering dinghy sailing and sail-boarding. Avlaki really is a Greek Island heaven.
Agni Bay
Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
