Villa Andreas is a modern 4 bedroom villa overlooking the village and harbour of Kassiopi. The villa is totally private and quiet, but is no more than a few minutes drive away from the tavernas and beaches of Kassiopi.

Entrance into an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room.
Master double bedroom and bathroom on same floor.
Stairway down to lower floor, with utility room, hallway, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one en suite) and shower room.

The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with the fireplace being the focal point. French windows lead out to the sea-facing balcony with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.

The open-plan style kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher.

Villa Andreas has 4 air conditioned bedrooms; 2 doubles and 2 twins.

Master Bedroom

A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes is situated on the first floor, just along from the sitting area.

Bedroom 2

Downstairs are three further bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twins. Each bedroom has French windows leading out to the main terrace.

Party Size Of Up To 10:

As Villa Andreas is a large property, it is possible to provide two folding beds which are suitable for children. (There is a 'contribution' charge to help cover the additional laundry and cleaning.)

Villa Andreas has 3 Bathrooms. Maid service is included.

The Pool

The large pool terrace is completely secluded and offers views of the surrounding olive groves and down towards Kassiopi and the sea.

Main Terrace

A shaded terrace leads off the living area, accessed by French windows, with splendid views over the pool and down to the sea. Ample provision has been made for dining and relaxing out here.

Opposite the pool is a vine shaded dining area.

View from main terrace down to Kassiopi, with its fascinating harbour, with a selection of waterside tavernas and bars. Just outside of Kassiopi are 2 supermarkets.

Kassiopi is charming fishing village, with a traditional port. Down at the harbour you can find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. in Kassiopi you will also find a selection of Tavernas, bars, shops and several beaches. In fact, there is something for everyone. The teens in your party will especially appreciate the evening nightlife - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet friends.
