The Doctors House is located in the very heart of Kassiopi and probably the only villa with pool that is so close to the Tavernas and bars and delightful Kassiopi Harbour front. In fact, with everything on your doorstep, including fine beaches just a short walk away, it is doubtful that a hire car is required. Rather, you can explore by renting a boat for the day, visiting sandy beaches or pretty Saint Stephanos.

The lounge has two large comfy sofas with fireplace and TV entertainment. Large patio doors open directly on to the pool terrace.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday, although with such an excellent choice of nearby tavernas, right on your doorstep, it is likely to be used only for light lunches around the pool!

There are 3 bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned. The master bedroom is a double and the other bedrooms are twins.

The twin bedrooms have doors opening on to a sunny balcony overlooking the pool.

The 'Doctors House' has two bathrooms. Downstairs is a wc and shower room and upstairs there is a large family bathroom. Maid service, linen and towels (hand and bath) are all included.

The delightful pool, exclusively for you, is set within an enclosed courtyard to ensure privacy and is perfect for those with young children.

The pool faces South and stays in the sun all day. Around the pool are sunbeds. To the side of the pool is a large BBQ area.

Please Note:

From the pool area, there is a gated private path that leads to the side Kassiopi road. From here it is just 150m to the main 'Platia' or square. The harbour front is just a short walk further. This convenience makes the 'Doctors House' perfect for those not wishing to rely on a car. However, the location is within a small town with some resulting noise from cars. The house though has been thoughtfully constructed to minimize any interruption to your holiday enjoyment.

Kassiopi

Kassiopi is charming fishing village, with a traditional port. Down at the harbour you can find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. in Kassiopi you will also find a selection of Tavernas, bars, shops and several beaches. In fact, there is something for everyone. The teens in your party will especially appreciate the evening nightlife - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet friends.
