There are two separate entrances to the house, both opening into the combined lounge/kitchen area.
The lounge has comfortable seating with the flexibility of a sofa bed for an extra (5th) person should it be required.
The modern kitchen has a full oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and kitchen utensils - including a filter coffee machine and toaster.
Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms both with air-conditioning.
The double-bedded room overlooks the sea. You will find yourselves dropping of to sleep to the sound of the waves on the beach, and waking to the marvellous sight of the sun rising over the mainland mountains.

The second bedroom is a twin, set at the rear of the property, with ceiling beams and a cosy cottage feel.
Bathroom 1The main house bathroom is between the two bedrooms upstairs. With a skylight window giving maximum light, it houses a shower and basin with mirrored vanity unit.
Bathroom 2An added bonus for this house is a second bathroom downstairs - ideal for dashing into straight off the beach! Again this is fully tiled with a shower, basin and vanity shelf.

The house has a beachside roofed verandah, equipped with benches, chairs and a table from where you can enjoy the sunrise if you feel like an early start to the day! You are literally only two - perhaps three - steps away from your early morning swim!
Private ParkingTo the rear of the property is a parking area, right outside the kitchen door. This is a great aset, especially in high season, when parking in tiny Agni is at a premium.

Google Map(Click map to Zoom in) Agni Bay Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience. Corfu Holiday Information

Internet is widely available on Corfu. Most tavernas, bars and even supermarkets offer free wi-fi in return for a drink or small purchase. You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.
