Villa Periklis is a beautiful, modern villa in which some lovely traditional Corfiot features have been included, giving the place a wonderful sense of light, space and character. From its elegant furnishings to the large terraces, amazing infinity pool and breathtaking views, this property leaves nothing to chance when assuring its guests of a stay that guarantees to be everything they could wish for.

A roomy, open plan living space takes up much of the ground floor at Villa Periklis. Here lounge, dining and kitchen areas are located, as are patio doors that open out onto a large veranda that benefits from pergola style shade and the most incredible views.

This area is wonderfully airy and spacious. The eye catching apex ceiling, which features typically Corfiot large exposed beams, is both tall and dramatic, adding character to this most pleasing of rooms.

Also on the ground floor is a sizeable double bedroom that opens out onto the attractively furnished veranda with its fabulous views. The bedroom benefits from a large en suite bathroom.

The lower ground floor accommodates two capacious twin bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and access out to a covered terrace that leads on to the villa's private pool.

Simply, yet classically furnished, the living area is both comfortable and chic. The big sofas invite you to 'sink in and relax', whilst satellite TV, DVD and CD player are conveniently located here too.

The spacious veranda with its pergola type roof is furnished with both lounging and dining furniture. So whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with a chilled glass of something delicious, or enjoy the opportunity for al fresco dining, this area is ideal at any time of day or evening.

The attractive fitted kitchen is finished to a very high standard and is well equipped. If you prefer to cater for yourselves this area will not disappoint. Its facilities include a full sized oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of storage and work space.

A large formal dining table and chairs, seating 6 with ease, are conveniently located next to the kitchen area. The kitchen also opens onto the front sea facing terrace.

Double Bedroom

This sizeable room is decorated in warm muted tones. Its furnishings are simple yet graceful and, with its cool tiled floor and air conditioning this room is a delightfully refreshing retreat from the temperatures that Corfu enjoys in the height of summer. It has patio doors that lead out onto the veranda with its fabulous views, as well as a large en suite bathroom.

Twin Bedrooms

Both twin rooms are located on the lower ground level. As with their double counterpart on the ground floor they are large, airy and cool, with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Each has its own access to a covered terrace that skirts the length of the property.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. These rooms continue the spacious and airy theme enjoyed throughout the property.

Laundry room.

The gorgeous infinity pool, located to the side of the villa is surpassed only by the amazing views that guests can enjoy. Here there is a large sun terrace where loungers, parasols and other seating are available. A built in barbecue is also provided.

Kalami

Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!

Krouzeri Beach

Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.
