Layout
Inside, the house is divided into three self-contained apartments. The largest occupies the upper floor (with three bedrooms). A large studio with separate lounge and kitchen, and a two-bedroomed apartment are situated on the ground floor. The whole property (upper, apartment and studio) is let as one unit making the pool exclusive.
Upper Level
Three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin, all with balconies), living/dining room, opening on to the terrace with its unusual separate dining area, and further sitting area, kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), two bathrooms (both with bath).

Alexia House
Alexia House occupies the whole of the upper floor and is a very spacious three-bedroomed apartment. It is provided with several balconies, all wide enough to sit on and sunbathe, accessible from all bedrooms as well as the living room, and overlooking uninterrupted sea views. There is also a most unusual circular balcony, shaded and ideal for outdoor dining. Inside, a comfortable lounge area leads to a light and airy, marble floored living and dining room. An up-to-date kitchen and two bathrooms complete what amounts to very superior accommodation in an incomparable setting.
Sitting Room
The sitting/dining room is very prettily decorated in refreshing shades of blue and white. The big balcony doors lead on to a terrace with a vista that encompasses the essence of a holiday here - pool, beach, garden and endless views across the sea.
Kitchen
The kitchen is bright and modern and opens on to a side terrace that connects with the outdoor dining area.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom continues the fresh blue and white colour scheme, with warmly coloured tiles for contrast.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in Alexia Upper.
Balcony
Alexia House, on the top floor, has a most unusual circular terrace, poised above the garden and with fantastic views over the sea. Ideal for outdoor dining in style, or for evening drinks before going out. In early and late season the sunset can be glimpsed from here.

Alexia Apartment
A spacious two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. A shady side terrace looks out onto the gardens, with views down to the sea, while a good-sized living room with sofa and easy chairs provides indoor comfort. French windows lead from here to the terrace and the space extends into a newly fitted kitchen with full cooker and fridge/freezer. The two twin bedrooms share a large bathroom.

Comfortably furnished in warm colours, opening on to a pleasant paved terrace.

Neat and compact, with a full cooker and generously sized fridge/freezer.

Alexia Studio
Larger than the name suggests, the studio has a sizeable living room with corner kitchen area, a separate twin bedroom and a good bathroom with bath. The greatest asset of the Studio, however, must be the two sea-facing terraces. The largest, with plenty of space for table and chairs, is accessed from the bedroom, the other from the living room. From each of them there is easy access to the pool area and the path leading down to the beach.

Simply but comfortably furnished, with a large window opening on to the private terrace.

Attractive, blue and white colour scheme, with full bath and shower fitting, w.c. and washbasin.

A beautiful pool, big enough for some real swimming, plentifully supplied with sunloungers. A most attractive setting of pale stone walls and paving. The lower 'sunken' terrace is a great asset and extends the space for relaxing considerably.

Sunken Terrace
Below the pool, at beach level, there is a lovely terrace with BBQ and a seating area shaded by a few graceful trees. From this terrace a (lockable) gate gives access to the beach in front of the villa.
There is also an outside shower, conveniently placed for rinsing off after swimming in the sea.
Private Beach
Although no beach in Greece is strictly private, the beach in front of Alexia is quiet and very inaccessible to others.

Swimming
The beach in front of the villa is easily reached - just a few steps separate it from the garden and the pool. The sea is crystal clear and very clean, making snorkelling a delight.
The nearby Vitamins Taverna offers a collection and return service - to save you from walking or driving from your villa.

To make the most of the location, we recommend renting a speed boat. This can be moored in front of the Villa, for the duration of your stay, and those with experience can use the boat at night to visit the nearby beach front tavernas. Contact us for details.

The above aerial photo shows the location of Alexia in relation to the Nissaki Olive Press which sleeps up to 10 and can be rented in conjunction with Alexia to accommodate a large family party or group of friends, perhaps for a special occasion or celebration. Set between Barbati and Nissaki, with easy access to a selection of tavernas and shops. Watersports available at both resorts.
Nissaki
Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.

Internet is widely available on Corfu. Most tavernas, bars and even supermarkets offer free wi-fi in return for a drink or small purchase. You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.

Kaminaki
Kaminaki, located on Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status.
Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles and sand.
Krouzeri Beach
Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.
Kalami
Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for
both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also
ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!
Agni Bay
Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
