We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Socrates - beautiful villa, beautiful view, we really felt like we were getting away from it all.
Only complaint would be slight lack of useful cooking utensils and toaster but that is minor compared to all that was right about it!
We will certainly be coming back.

A very comfortable well furnished and equipped villa lacking nothing.It is within 10 minites walk of the shops at the top of the hill but to get to decent tavernas you need to drive either to Fiskardo or the villages on the way.
Dear Agni. We just wanted to write to say how much John and I enjoyed our stay in Agrilias. We went through a lot of holiday brochures and gave up finding our ideal holiday villa but fortunately we found the Socrates villa. We hired a car and drove from the airport and we absolutely hated the look of Lassi but as we drove north into the region of Erisos up towards Fiscardo we began to relax and we were thrilled to find our villa tucked away in a tiny hamlet. Although we love holidays we hate tourist resorts. On the other hand we do like to visit beaches and try the local food. In the village of Agrilias we turned off our mobile phones and just listened to birdsong and goat bells.
