We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment. The two problems that cropped up re lighting and the umbrella were dealt with very quickly which was much appreciated. The maid/cleaner was the best we have had - she was extremely thorough and very pleasant. Mr & Mrs Porter in Theophilos 1 also agreed and were similarly impressed with her.
We love Corfu and San Stephanos in particular. We've never had a bad holiday there, but this was one of the better ones. Ideal location with excellent views across the bay and perfect for watching the world go by. Great size terrace for al-fresco dining and sun bathing. Apartment was kept very clean and well looked after. Excellent service from Agni Travel. Looking forward to the next time.

Have just returned from a perfect week in Theophilos 2. The apartment is quiet spacious, with high ceilings, and french windows in lounge/dining area and both bedrooms, which allow the light to stream in, whilst having the advantage of shutters to keep out the heat of the day.
From the balcony you can look out across the small harbour, and to the mountains of Albania beyond. Look out for the cruise liners and ferries passing in the eveing, they look truly magical.
The kitchen is adequately stocked if you wanted to self cater, but with 4/5 very good Tavernas, serving an excellent choice and standard of food at very reasonable prices who wants to do all that washing up, even with a full size dishwasher!!
We travelled as a couple on this occasion, so only utilised the double bedroom, which had lots of cupboard space and found the bed to be extremely comfortable.
The twin room has again, plenty of cupboard space, and would imagine that the matresses would be of the same standard as the double.
We also liked having the option of either bath or shower too.
We're sure that if you choose Theophilos 2 in the future you won't be disappointed.

A spacious and well equipped apartment in one of the most convenient locations in San Stephanos. Can be a little noisy as it is close to the only road and near to shops and tavernas but excellent for relaxing on the large balcony whilst watching the comings and goings in the harbour.
Only downsides - beds rather firm and satellite television very short of English language programmes.

Having stayed in this particular village in Corfu over many of the past 13 years, we pretty much knew what to expect from this property (although we hadn't stayed there before, we had walked past it many times!!).......as it turned out, it was ideal for us, and we were able to squeeze our youngest into the sitting room on a very comfy camp bed, although she got the short straw just a little, as the air con doesn't feature in that room! It is a fabulous location, with a gorgeous balcony and a great view from dawn to dusk......the hot water lasted through showers for 5 every evening, and the beds were all very comfortable (VERY firm mattress on the double bed, almost too firm, but far better than too soft!!). The only irritant was a slippy half broken loo seat, which I sincerely hope will not be there next time we return to our beloved Ag Stef!!

Hi this was our first visit to San Stefanos and it was everything we expected. The apartment has a wonderful setting looking out over the bay and was perfect in the mornings for sitting on the terrace having breakfast in the sun watching the boats coming and going. Its very quiet (even though it is next to a Taverna). Its furnishing to a high standard and kept spotless by the maid. Hot water on demand at all times of the day. We loved the place.
The 5 Tavernas in the village all serve wonderful food and there is not much to choose between them although Galinis was our personal fav Nickos the owner is a lovely guy, its the same with the 2 bars both have very friendly staff.
On the minus side and they are small things, the mattress on the bed is very firm. The large sun umbrella on the terrace has a dodgy pulley system which jams.(this no doubt will be fixed)
We cannot fault Agni Travel their service was first class, taxis on time for airport collections and they sorted a hire car for us at short notice. and plenty of contact via e mail prior to going
We will be coming back to San Stefanos it really is a wonderful quiet relaxing place hiring a boat and visiting all the quiet beaches in the area was an added bonus.
We had a fantastic holiday in Theophilos thank you. The apartment was absolutely perfect and really felt like home from home but with the sunshine. Saint Stephanos is beautiful and everyone at Agni Travel was very friendly and always eager to help. We have already decided that we will be going back again and just hope that you will have the dates free once we have decided when to go - I have a feeling we’ll have to get in quick!
Our third visit now to Theophilos 2 so we though we should be the first to write a review!
The best feature is the location. Just a few steps away, yet by no means intrusive or noisy, is the Cochelli Taverna. This is one of our favourite tavernas on Corfu - which is really handy as it is just a few steps away! The balcony of Theophilos overlooks the small harbour of St Stephanos, the jetties and the beach to the left. The table + large umbrella is where you will spend most of your time - the views ever changing with yachts and motor boats zipping in and out of the bay during the day and in the evening the twinkling of the yachts anchor lights (for those staying overnight) makes a magical sight - especially when shared with a bottle of wine and the kids asleep. Talking of children, that is one of our most favourite aspects. There is sufficient in St Stephanos to keep our children entertained (the nearby beaches of Avlaki - with sailing school and horse riding + the beach of Kerasia) for the duration for the holiday.
Agni Travel really cannot be faulted. One time the car was not at the airport, when we had booked it, but they efficiently put us into a taxi (without charge) and the hire car turned up outside of Theophilos an hour or two later - now that is service! Really, nothing is too much trouble and they make the booking process and holiday a dream.
If you are considering booking Theophilos, then we recommend that you do - as long as it is not for our weeks!!
