Nine women booked Villa Alexia and we had an absolute RIOT! Really great views, on the water, not fancy but better than basic fittings. There is plenty of room for everyone and it was nice to have three kitchens to put drinks and food in. I would suggest renting a car although the villa is listed able to walk places, as it is off a windy road that is narrow and cars drive very fast on it. Agni was a pleasure to deal with, and answered questions in a timely manner. Maid service was very basic, just making beds and emptying trash and superficial cleaning with no dishes done, but that is in the description so no surprises there. I would recommend this villa for families sharing or for large groups who want privacy but also plenty of space for congregating. I would definitely go back!

The villa was fantastic - spacious, homely and in solitude, with only the sound of the sea lapping the beach 10m away. Sadly, we didn't have the weather to make full use of the pool area and balcony!
We found Agni Travel extremely helpful and everything lived up to our expectations.

You could not ask for a more perfect location: secluded,shady, with mountains behind and the sea at the bottom of the garden. The Villa is spacious and clean, and not too smart so you do not worry about spoiling things. The kitchens were fine, but could have been a little more geared up for big family parties cooking their own meals eg. bigger pots and pans. But the way the villa is divided into three areas suits a big extended family. The pool and terraces were kept beautifully clean by Lola, although she didn't involve herself in the house too much while we were there (just mopped floors). It was nice to meet the family who owns the villa who were near by in their other property, The Olive Press. We had a few problems with the dishwasher but overall a very enjoyable, peaceful and special place. Although we never met anyone from Agni Travel, we felt very well looked after by them.

Once again Agni served us a great meal and a fantastic holiday at Villa Alexia.The location is amazing combined with a fabulous pool.Eating breakfast on the round balcony was a lovely way to start a day. I must mention ValuePlus car hire,we had a return flight delay of four and a half hours and got an much upgraded car to borrow for the afternoon , at no extra cost, not even a form to sign.Why dont i live in Greece?

+ sunbeds, umbrellas enough for all
+ close to supermarkets, tavernas
+ flexible owner (we asked at least one TV for football, who was installed in few days)
The best to be shared with friends/family !

We are back again with our extended family, father, mothers, brother and sister! And again had a fabulous week - full of sunshine!
We saw the dophins which was a dream come true.

Our 40th wedding celebration was made all the better for
being at Villa Alexia with friends and family.
An excellent location - what more could one ask for swimming superb in sea and pool, sunny and shady spots and all enjoyed with goo friends.
It has been a wonderful holiday experience which we all hope we can keep in our minds through our English Summer!!
We hope to return again soon!!!

Great holiday and service - really refreshing in this day and age..
Loved the villa. Pool was a delight and in the sun all day. BBQ used most days, which due to its size and convenient location, was perfect. Beach below was fun. never saw anyone else on it. Boating is the best way to get around and was brilliant - an amazing aspect to the holiday that everyone loved (Just popping out to the supermarket dear, by boat, adds a whole new meaning!)
The jetty for the boat was a little wobbly but Spiros says next year he is going to build a stronger one slightly further up by the Olive Press.
Overall, the villa was larger than expected which suited us fine as it gave more space. Lower level a little basic, but had the advantage of opening directly onto the pool.
Have already re-booked for 2010
